HOSE AND FITTING REPAIR
We have a fleet of trucks constantly servicing the greater Auckland area, from South Auckland to north of Wellsford, and Central North Island, Rotorua and Taupo, all fully equipped with tooling and Gates hose fittings. These trucks are manned by the best tradesmen in the industry.
NEW DESIGN AND INSTALLS
Few machines are perfect for every task straight off the production line. If you need added functionality, our team would be happy to consult with you and design additional systems to help you to be more productive.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER REPAIR
Replacing worn seals, honing and even remanufacturing bent pistons, we cover all aspects of hydraulic cylinder repair. We manufacture our own hydraulic cylinders, so if your cylinder is beyond repair, we can replace it completely.
HYDRAULIC DIAGNOSTICS
Fixing any problem with hydraulics is much easier when we know what’s going wrong in the first place. Hydraulic Diagnostics form an important part of our workflow and remove the guesswork that can lead to expensive and unnecessary repairs.
LIGHT TO HEAVY ENGINEERING
From flogged-out bushes to cracked, bent or broken buckets, there are very few engineering challenges our team can’t handle. Our workshop is fully equipped with the latest technology including CNC lathes and milling machines, auto track welders and a skilled team to operate it all.
